Overview

KPMG in Boston hosts the annual IPO Bootcamp

The bootcamp is designed to bring together founding teams from across the technology and life sciences industries for a half-day of collaborative discussion, exploration of topics germane to the process of going public, and professional networking.

This year, IPO insiders and experts will bring you up to speed on the rapid evolution of the market in the last 24 months, what you need to know about going public via a SPAC versus a traditional process, pre-org meeting considerations, and how to keep your team in the best shape after offering.

Special guest contributors are a hallmark of the IPO Bootcamp

To produce the bootcamp in a way that reflects an unvarnished look at the current state of the capital markets, KPMG brings together our most senior thought leaders with senior industry executives to bring you well-rounded, sometimes provocative, and always hyper-relevant perspectives on trending topics that founders and senior executives need to consider.

You're in good company at the IPO Bootcamp

Building lasting connections with peers is critical no matter your professional level or industry segment. Because our IPO Bootcamp attracts hundreds of professionals from all levels of the organizational hierarchy, you'll have an opportunity to meet new contacts and peers, strengthen existing relationships, and build connections that will pay dividends for years.
