David Aglira

David is a Principal in the Economic and Valuation Services practice, with over fifteen years of experience providing tangible asset valuation services to large and middle-market multinational clients across a range of industries.

He specializes in valuations in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, real estate, gaming, retail, and heavy manufacturing industries. David has performed valuations related to mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, financing, corporate restructuring, estate and gift tax planning, and international, federal, and state income tax reporting.

He is a member of the tangible asset technical committee and serves on the real estate audit quality team. David has a BS in Integrated Science & Technology from James Madison University and is currently enrolled in Villanova’s MBA program with a concentration in real estate. He has a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute as well as two ASA designations (Real Property and Machinery) from the American Society of Appraisers. He currently holds certified general real estate appraisal licenses in fourteen states.
