With over 20 years of experience, Tony Alejo is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice. Tony leads large finance transformation programs within the Financial Services industry. With a reach that extends across all of KPMG’s service lines, Tony brings forward industry leading practices to introduce transformational change through target operating model design and integration, management reporting, data and analytics, financial systems design and implementation, and business process reengineering.
His focus is on designing efficient finance and accounting operations; enabling data and systems to support enterprise performance management; designing and implementing finance and accounting shared service and outsourcing models; and leading intelligent automation initiatives.
Tony has led large scale projects helping insurers, banks, and capital market institutions to achieve their strategic objectives by transforming finance operations, expanding global operations, and implementing technology to support management reporting and talent management.
