Managing Director, Forensic Technology

Phil is a Managing Director in the New York office of KPMG’s U.S. Forensic Advisory Services practice. He has extensive experience working closely with clients across industries on large-scale, complex legal matters to streamline and improve their legal operations, eDiscovery, and document review processes. Having gained unique multi-disciplinary experience during his time in the legal industry, Phil seeks to leverage his understanding of technology, law, statistics, process design, and project management to help clients address their challenges in these areas and effectively oversee all aspects of design, implementation, and execution. He began his career as an associate in the antitrust group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and has since worked hand-in-hand with clients at leading law firms and large corporations. In particular, he has in-depth experience merging the application of technology and analytics with enhanced project and process management methods to drive better outcomes for clients. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
