Yatin is a Principal in KPMG’s Procurement and Outsourcing Advisory practice, with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience. He specializes in guiding companies to maximize their return on procurement by utilizing technology as an enabler.

He has extensive experience in developing robust transformation strategies and executing complex operational improvement initiatives in the areas of strategic sourcing, transactional procurement, supplier risk management, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics & distribution. He has a track record of leading global teams on multi-country, multi-cultural programs to deliver strong, measurable results.

• Procurement Strategy: Executed procurement strategy initiatives to support companies with overarching transformation and Merger and Acquisition needs. Led gap assessments, roadmap development, business case definition, technology selection, synergy target identification, contract separation and other strategy engagements focused on process re-engineering, operating model design and technology enablement.
  Representative experience includes a technology selection and business case selection for a Fortune 1 retailer and a transformation roadmap for a Fortune 200 CPG company.
• Strategic Sourcing and Category Management: Led the design and deployment of strategic sourcing and category management programs to deliver cost savings and improved supplier performance.
  Representative experience includes managing $300M in Corporate Services spend for a Fortune 500 retailer, delivering $15M+ in annualized savings via sourcing execution at a medical and environmental waste services company.
• Technology-Enabled Transformation: Program Leader for over 25 global Source to Pay transformations, enabled on a variety of mainstream and edge technology platforms.
  Representative experience includes deployment at a Fortune 50 client with 75,000+ users, a Fortune 500 life sciences organization across 30 countries, a multinational tier 1 automotive client with 30+ different ERP systems.
• Retail strategy: Led several strategy and optimization initiatives across the retail supply chain.
  Representative experience includes re-designing the logistics operating model for a Fortune 200 retailer, developing and executing on category management strategies across the frozen, produce, home care and deli portfolios for a Fortune 500 grocer, transforming the pharmaceutical supply chain from a distributor-driven to a self-warehousing model at a leading retailer.
