Nick is a partner in the Philadelphia Business Tax Services practice, Tax Industry Leader for Life Sciences, and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Tax Center Resource Group. He has more than 22 years of experience advising large and middle-market multinational U.S.-based and international companies about complex tax matters with a focus in the life sciences industry. Nick assists his clients and advises other engagement teams on Federal, state and international tax issues that arise throughout the life cycle of biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies, such as IP Migration, transfer pricing, value chain management, collaboration / licensing agreements, acquisition structuring, post-acquisition integrations.
