David is a Partner in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services group within the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice. He is a frequent presenter and panelist at various industry conferences in accounting for structured finance transactions, business combinations, accounting change, consolidation issues, joint venture formation, financial instruments, debt/equity and derivatives. He has significant experience in US GAAP, IFRS and US Insurance Statutory technical accounting application, as well as most traditional accounting advisory situations such as SPAC transaction, buy-side, sell-side, IPO’s and restatements.
