Bipin Balakrishnan

Bipin is a Tax and Trade Partner with KPMG based in Singapore and leads KPMG’s Singapore-India Corridor.  Bipin has over two decades of experience as a consultant and in-house expert advising multinational companies on Customs, International trade and Supply Chain related issues. He has spent several years in India, Singapore, US and China serving corporations in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific and has worked extensively on Companies in varied industries, including on matters involving planning and strategy around tax effective supply chain structures.  He has also led negotiations with and representations before, Tax and Customs authorities. Bipin is a regular speaker at Customs, Trade and Tax conferences in Singapore and frequently interacts with Government, quasi Government bodies and Business leaders in Singapore and in the Asia Pacific region on matters relating to Customs and International trade.
