Global Sector Executive for Healthcare
Randall is KPMG’s Global Sector Executive for Healthcare and Executive to the Global Head of Healthcare. In this role, he supports the development, execution, and growth-driven strategy across more than 45 KPMG firms. Randall’s focus areas are on proposition development, global alliances, priority client relationships, co-leading the global COVID-19 network for KPMG Healthcare, and leading the global thought leadership agenda and content development, including the Healthcare CEO Future Pulse as Editor-in-Chief of Healthcare Foresight, KPMG’s digital healthcare magazine.
Randall draws on over a decade of experience advising clients across the 4Ps – from policymakers, payers, providers, and patient groups in the healthcare continuum, to cross-sector collaborations with life sciences, retail, technology, and telecommunications companies. His consulting work has spanned health system transformations, hospital turnarounds, to development of behavioral-science-based apps, value-based payment reforms, and beyond across multiple jurisdictions and continents.
Randall’s experience beyond consulting includes venture capital in nascent industries including crypto, robotics, and health gamification, as a Program Manager for Ontario’s COVID-19 Lab Capacity, as well as a founder in the healthcare startup space — where he is a graduate of the Founder Institute, Creative Destruction Lab, and an award-winner from the US-based Pandemic Response Hackathon and EU Commission’s EUvsVirus with MyBubble – a COVID-19 app that uses behavioral economics to measure and reinforce social distancing behaviors.
