Michael specializes in leading digital transformation and operational / financial improvements across retail, consumer packaged goods, industrial markets, technology, media, financial services, and life sciences industries.
Over the last 35 years, Michael has developed strategy, leveraged disruption and driven improvements in the areas of finance, engineering, distribution, manufacturing, maintenance/repair, customer service, IT, and human resources. This has included successfully performing selections and implementations of many ERP / best of breed applications and executing acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures
