Manoj is a Senior Manager/Director for KPMG’s Trade and Customs Services. With over 16 years of experience in consulting services, and in-house implementations, Manoj recognized in leading global implementation for transforming logistics and supply chain of various businesses by providing robust and innovative solutions.  Manoj is certified Oracle Transportation Management 6 Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Transportation Management Global Trade Management Implementation Specialist, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt in implementing OTM Rate Management.

Manoj assists companies globally by designing and integrating different technology platforms and applications including third party and legacy applications to automate and transform their supply chain space.

• Supported various global companies in redesigning and streamlining their logistics and supply chain operations by using Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions (Order Management, Rate Management, Business Process and Automation, Freight Settlement, Operational Planning, Dock Appointment Scheduling, Transportation Execution, Visibility and Event Management, Restricted Party Screening, Sanctioned Countries, export/import documentation, compliance and operational reporting, etc.).
• Provided expertise from a process perspective and helped business design end-to-end processes communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team.
• Extensive experience in Functional Analysis, Application Implementation and Upgrades, Including understanding Business Process reviews and Requirement Definition, Gap Analysis, Customization Analysis, Preparation of Training Material, Data Conversion, Pilot Planning, Preparation of Test Strategies and Test Plans, Training and Post Implementation Support.
• Supported business process owners in defining business processes to be implemented with the application and automating repetitive tasks.
• Led multiple full cycle OTM implementations, with concentration in Order Management, Purchasing, Pricing, Oracle Projects, along with support in Inventory  Management and Landed Cost Management.
