Mike Bolan is a Tax partner with KPMG in the United Kingdom on assignment with KPMG in the United States. He is a key member of the KPMG U.K. Tax Center in New York City and heads the KPMG U.K.-U.S. Financial Services Corridor program.
Mike has more than 19 years of experience providing U.K. and international tax advice to companies across industries, with a predominant focus on financial services and the fintech sector, working with clients across Americas regional markets.
Mike’s experiences include corporate cross-border restructuring and structure management; implementation of cross-border funding and cash repatriation structures; management of tax and treasury issues for financing products and instruments; permanent establishment and residency issues; and tax controversy and reporting.
