Kevin is a results-oriented, global leader with a proven track record of spotting and capitalizing on innovative new growth opportunities and transforming disrupted business models. He has achieved impact across a variety of industries and enterprise environments as both a member of the executive committee (COO, CMO, Sales) and a trusted strategy consultant/Partner. He is able to generate and sustain momentum for growth by engaging effectively at all levels of an organization to evolve the culture, processes and systems to meet the new demands. He is adept at building, leading, and realigning teams and is passionate about mentoring.
Kevin presently serves as a Principal overseeing Innovation & Enterprise Solutions at KPMG. In this role, he oversees a team of 200 professionals developing a portfolio of 150+ growth initiatives in 7 priority growth areas including artificial intelligence and intelligent automation, digital transformation, data & analytics, and cyber.
Prior to joining KPMG (a client of his), Kevin spent seven years as a Partner and COO with Innosight, a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy founded by noted author and Harvard Business School Professor, Clayton Christensen. While at Innosight, he helped define and execute new growth strategies and supporting organizational systems for C-suite clients within Fortune 500 firms in a variety of sectors.
Kevin joined Innosight from his role as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Lionbridge Technologies, a $450M global outsourcing company. Before Lionbridge, Kevin led product management and marketing for several venture-backed technology firms. He began his career with IBM Global Services, spending six years in a variety of consulting and strategic planning roles.
Kevin holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University where he serves on the Advisory Board.
