Erika Bonner has more than 12 years of experience in providing multinational corporate taxation and ASC 740 services to both public and private companies, with an emphasis on financial institutions.
Erika has extensive experience assisting with tax compliance, provision assistance and consulting for financial institutions. She has assisted clients with tax issues related to due diligence, mergers and acquisitions including Day 1 and post-acquisition tax consequences in FDIC-assisted financial institution purchases, ASC 740 tax provision issues, accounting method changes, IRS examinations, and tax compliance.
Erika is a certified public accountant, licensed in California, Washington, and Utah. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants. Erika earned a BA degree in accounting from Utah State University and an MS degree in taxation from the University of Notre Dame.
