Mike provides due diligence and deal advisory services to strategic and financial buyers within the financial services industry. He has 15 years of transaction experience focusing on Fintech, Banking and Specialty finance transactions for both private equity and strategic clients. Prior to joining KPMG Deal Advisory, Mike worked in KPMG audit practice for four years, where he focused on clients within the financial services sector. His audit client base included a large investment advisor, mutual fund companies and small community banks.
