Adam Broders leads large-scale engagements in the renewable energy industry, serving sponsors and tax-equity partnerships. He has nearly 14 years of experience serving multinational and multistate companies in the retail, service, manufacturing and power and utilities industries. He works with both publicly traded and privately held companies and advises on the tax aspects of their corporate/partnership business structures.
Adam has extensive experience with a wide range of tax matters relating to his clients' businesses. This experience includes ASC 740 consulting, federal and state income tax compliance and planning, IRS examination assistance, restructuring assistance, HLBV modeling assistance, and tax-equity flip modeling assistance.
Adam is a certified public accountant in Nebraska and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned both an BA degree and a MPA degree from University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a member of the Young Professional Group and serves as vice president of the Board of Pheasants Forever, Cornhusker Chapter.
