Patrick is Partner-in-charge of KPMG’s U.S. Netherlands Corridor and Managing Director in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. He advises major corporations and private equity funds on a wide range of federal income tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, structuring and advising on stock purchase and asset acquisition agreements for financial and strategic buyers and sellers, tax-free reorganizations, cross-border tax planning, tax treaty issues, and FBAR issues. He has prepared private letter ruling requests and tax opinions for clients in various industries.
