Scott Buckley
Chief Operating Officer, Advisory
Scott is the Chief Operating Officer of the KPMG US Advisory practice. He is responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of our Advisory business, including the continued evolution of how we support our professionals and deliver for our clients.
Scott previously served as the US Operations Leader for the Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, where he was responsible for managing operational aspects of the practice, including business, investment and resource planning and execution, as well as operational and financial measurement and forecasting.
Scott has over 25 years of experience in providing buy-side and sell-side transaction services assistance including work done on behalf of strategic and financial buyers. He has extensive experience with both domestic and cross-border transactions. Scott’s experience includes work on numerous carve-out transactions, roll-up acquisitions, take-private transactions as well as minority and joint venture investments.
