Judd Caplain

Judd Caplain is a Partner in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice with over 20 years of financial services industry and consulting experience. Judd serves as KPMG’s Global Lead Partner for JPMorgan Chase, in which he is responsible for the delivery and overall relationship for Advisory, Tax and Audit services, as well as KPMG’s National Account Leader for Banking & Finance. Judd’s focus has been in commercial banking, including in the areas of operational and finance strategy and transformation; process improvement and redesign in areas such retail, wholesale and private banking, product control, credit cards, close and consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, chart of accounts and with core Finance functions (e.g., AP, AR, T&E, etc.); finance function integration; FTE process mapping and analysis; vendor selection; expense reduction; treasury; profitability analysis and improvement; and risk and controls.
