So together, in the context of your people, processes, and technology, Jason will offer honest, practical discussions in order to prioritize your objectives before shaping your new service delivery model.
In this role, Jason will oversee operations and delivery across multiple geographical locations and will be responsible for creating an optimized, sustainable service delivery model to meet your goals, removing complexity and delivering high quality performance during each step. Jason’s relationship with you won’t end when the engagement concludes. Given the massive disruption caused by a service delivery model change, he is personally committed to ensuring our solution enables you to successfully meet your business goals, in both the short- and long-term.
