Kim Casey is a Solution Relationship Director with the Cyber Response practice in KPMG.

Kim is a cyber security executive with over 15 years of experience in professional services supporting C-Level executives and IT Security Professionals across all industries.  She supports providing security solutions to solve client’s most challenging cyber problems. Solution areas include: Digital Forensics Incident Response, Cloud Security, Insider Threat, cyber investigations and compromise assessments.  She earned CERT certification in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon in 2017.

Kim has served on multiple Boards including InfraGard San Diego, San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC) and AFCEA Silicon Valley.  She is currently serving on the Steering Committee for Southern California Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF) and the Advisory Committee for the Los Angeles Cyber Lab. Kim was awarded National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow in 2017 and recognized as one of 175 NACD Cyber Risk leaders in 2018. 

Recently Kim was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Cybersecurity in 2020. 

Other activities

Kim is actively engaged in Women in Cyber activities. She is involved with Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) and San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE).  In addition, Kim has her Private Pilots license.
