Dana R Chaput

Dana is a partner in our insurance practice, specializing in audit and accounting advisory services relating to the adoption of IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts. She provides assurance services to a number of insurance clients located in Toronto, Canada. Dana recently returned to Toronto from KPMG’s International Standards Group in London, UK, where she followed the IASB’s standard setting activities relating to the forthcoming insurance contracts project (IFRS 17). From Toronto, Dana contributes to local and global thought leadership on forthcoming accounting and regulatory changes impacting insurers. She is a member of KPMG’s international working group developing tools and methodologies to assist clients in planning for and implementing the forthcoming changes.
