Mike Chmelar is a Senior Manager on rotation in our Department of Professional Practice where he publishes accounting guidance and provides technical accounting support to clients and engagement teams. Prior to joining DPP in July of 2021, Mike worked in our Los Angeles office serving audit clients in the financial services industry.
Mike joined KPMG in the Jacksonville office in 2009 after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2014. Mike is a licensed CPA in California and Florida and is also a member of the AICPA.
