Chris leads KPMG's Government Programs (GP) Managed Services, providing advisory and operational support to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. In addition to working with companies that have a product on the market, Chris and the KPMG team specialize in helping emerging companies that are preparing to launch an approved drug in the US. As companies are about a year from launch and preparing to commercialize, Chris assists with entering in to the various programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, the VA and PHS, as well are providing ongoing operational support with the complex reporting requirements once the company launches it product in the US.
Chris has extensive experience in Government Programs and Pricing that spans 20 years, and includes working with manufacturers of all types and sizes in areas such as managed services for government operations, policy and methodology, assessment and audit, recalculations and restatements, class of trade (COT) analysis, and PHS membership.
