Brian Cody
Principal, Washington National Tax
Brian is a Principal and leader of the Washington National Tax Economic and Valuation Services group of KPMG LLP. In this role, Brian provides national support to KPMG’s transfer pricing practice, as well as serves as a senior technical advisor with respect to transfer pricing issues for KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services group. Brian has worked in the field of applied economics since 1987, having principally consulted with global companies in an array of industries, but especially retail and consumer products, to plan and document their intercompany pricing policies. He has been admitted as an expert economic witness and provided hearing and deposition testimony on transfer pricing and other economic issues in Federal District Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court and numerous state tax and district courts.
