As KPMG’s federal human capital advisory practice leader, he works with federal agencies to develop their workforce capabilities, drive talent assessments, organizational culture transformation, and is a frequent speaker and author on employee engagement and culture topics. Robert has over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale organization design initiatives, workforce analytics analysis, roadmap development, HR technology transformations, and organizational change management projects helping clients eliminate duplicative or non-standardized work processes, identify key workforce skills, and drive value within workforce capabilities.
