Having spent over 15 years in Human Resources, Jay brings deep HR and Payroll functional experience from previous roles, prior involvement in HR transformations, and managing the ‘day job’ of keeping various HR operational groups running effectively. He understands how important it is to successfully ensure that all HR functional teams have a ‘voice’ as part of all efforts of a HR transformation.
Jay is known for partnering with clients every step of the way. As a HR practitioner, Jay leverages his HR functional knowledge to work with clients to design, build and implement new HR strategies, business processes, organizational structures, roles, metrics and technologies that align with leading practices.
