Hannah Conley

Hannah is an Audit Senior Manager out of the Dallas, Texas office currently serving in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP). Hannah started with the firm in 2010 and specializes in providing audit services to both public and private companies, primarily in the oil and gas industry. This experience includes providing both integrated and financial statement audits as well as a range of tangential services, from S-X Rule 3-05 audits to reporting on agreed upon procedures. In addition, Hannah has experience providing comfort letters and consents in connection with initial public offerings and public debt offerings.

In her current role within the Accounting Group of DPP, Hannah focuses on financial reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) rules and regulations as well as FASB topics such as leases and long-lived assets. During her time in DPP, Hannah’s responsibilities have included conducting internal quality reviews of audits and assisting engagement teams with a variety of technical accounting and reporting matters. She is a national instructor.

Hannah is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Louisiana, Colorado and Texas.
