He can also collaborate with you to assess and organize your key business activities to ensure their continuation during unexpected incidents and maintain resilience assurance levels in outsourced and off-shored environments. Also, he has deep experience in evaluating and improving supply chain and third-party assurance and assessing, developing and testing immediate responses to crisis events.

He has 20 years of experience working in industry and professional services in Sydney, London, and New York. Extensive experience in the provision of enterprise-wide risk management, business process improvement and controls assurance engagements.

Three recent engagements

• He provided Business Continuity Management services to a global investment bank before transitioning to a full-time role leading Business Resilience (2009 to 2013). He oversaw the responses to a number of IT systems based incidents and the performance of a number of Post Incident Reviews for that investment bank.
• Led a number of reviews for a large Casino and Resort organization focusing on assessing business and technology resilience processes inclusive of key regulatory requirements and how these have influenced the distribution of physical and technology sites.
• Led a number of high-profile Post Incident Reviews for the office of the CEO at a number of leading banks spanning the response to physical threats, facilities outages and IT system incidents. He also led recent Executive Crisis Management Team exercises delivered to bank CEOs, COOs and Heads of Business.
