John Crucs
Managing Director, International Tax
John Crucs, based out of Boston, New York, and New Jersey, provides tax consulting services to a broad range of multinational clients. He is a member of the U.S. Inbound Tax Network for KPMG LLP (KPMG).
With more than 16 years of tax experience, his practice involves advising clients on structuring and managing their global operations in a tax efficient manner. In addition to global tax planning, John has experience with other tax matters, including preparing and auditing U.S. corporate tax provisions, preparing and reviewing U.S. corporate international tax compliance, and responding to audit inquiries from U.S. and foreign taxing authorities.
Prior to joining KPMG, John was a tax director at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc. where he was responsible for U.S. tax planning and operations. Prior to that, he was a senior manager in the international tax services group at another Big Four firm.
John is a member of the Tax Sections for both the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. He received his BA degree from The College of the Holy Cross and his JD degree from Boston College Law School.
