David is a Senior Director with KPMG M&A Execution services and has more than 16 years in large scale complex transaction execution for clients in healthcare and life sciences, consumer, aerospace, among other industries. David has most recently managed a business carve-out and stand up of a new global service center where he led a reversed integration teams in over 50 countries across the Americas, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. David has also been a regional and country separation and integration advising leader in Europe, North America and Latin America countries. David has extensive experience in assisting clients develop and execute large-scale complex transactions globally and across workstreams including Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracts, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other operational and corporate functions.
