Professional and industry experience
Anthony has worked with the chief executive officer and board of a Fortune 500 company on his complex employment contract restructuring. He has also advised on executive pay, benefits and equity packages, including tax and accounting implications, exit agreements and incentives.
Anthony has advised on numerous risk management projects, including Sarbanes Oxley-related compliance and audit committee initiatives. Furthermore, Anthony also has extensive experience in corporate governance involving succession planning, talent management, fiduciary issues and compensation.
Anthony has also conducted merger/acquisition due diligence for many public and private equity firms, including assessments of target company risks, compensation/benefits alignment, executive packages as a sale incentive, and integration issues.

Anthony has established knowledge in and worked with clients on major corporate governance matters, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and CEO/executive compensation and benefits, succession planning and performance management/incentive initiatives.
He is a collaborative leader with a strong track record of building trusted adviser relationships and skillfully managing conflicts at the corporate board and CEO team level. As a business leader, he has effectively led high-level practice teams and developed national business development and market strategy, while holding P&L responsibility.
