David focuses on HR strategy, structure, service delivery, governance, process design, policy harmonization, and performance metrics.
David has served as a business advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors of a large insurance company, designing and facilitating a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation from a brick and mortar business to a multi-channel, multi-product, multi-business financial services company. His work entailed strategic planning, executive succession planning, and organization design across all functions and business units, comprehensive HR function transformation, and the integration of a major acquisition.
