Mark Drozdowski

Mark is the Life Sciences National Audit Leader and has 30 years’ experience serving public, multi-national and private life science clients. He is an SEC designated reviewing partner with three years of national office experience. Mark is a current member of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s (BIO) Board and served a three year term on the KPMG Board Nominating Comm. 
Professional and Industry Experience.

As a partner in the National Office, Mark consulted with engagement teams and clients on a variety of accounting and SEC matters advising on a wide range of topics, including acquisitions, debt/equity, multiple element revenue arrangements, collaborations/licensing and financial reporting. Mark has spent a significant portion of his career working with companies in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment, which required responsive client service, continuous communications and a collaborative approach.
