Scott Dudley

Scott is currently a director in KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory practice with over 16 years of project and construction management, project controls and contract administration experience. Scott has assisted multiple clients in the assessment and improvement of their capital project and real estate portfolios, and has experience in the assessment and design of clients’ project delivery organizations, controls and procedures as well as the project tools and systems needed to enable them. Scott also has extensive experience in the design and execution of construction procurement strategies. Scott combines his consulting experience with his with his hands-on experience in designing and delivering capital projects, having previously worked for a top 5 contractor in the U.K. (in a construction management capacity), and as an owner’s representative involved in the supervision of a high rise commercial tower in the City of London.

In his current role, Scott has worked with and led teams in assessing project management portfolios, tools, processes and controls for companies in the US and internationally, including utility and technology clients.
