Devin Duncan

Devin is a Managing Director in the KPMG Metro New York Development and Exempt Organizations Tax practice and devotes her time exclusively to serving tax-exempt clients.  She provides compliance and consulting on tax matters to public charity clients in the higher education, arts, religious, international development, healthcare and museum sectors.  In addition, she has experience on tax compliance and consulting engagements for private foundations, financial institutions and pension plans.

Devin has twelve years of experience in the following areas of tax-exempt compliance:  tax-exempt status, unrelated business taxable income, federal and state tax compliance, including Forms 990, 990-PF, 990-T, state UBIT returns, and international tax compliance for exempt organizations.
