Global Lead of Finance Transformation
lPatrick is a Partner in KPMG’s Financial Management Advisory practice. He specialises in developing Finance strategies for large, blue chip organisations, and working with his clients to implement their Finance Transformation projects. Patrick has worked extensively across the Information, Comms and Entertainment/Media (ICE) sectors for the last 14 years and leads the ICE FM Practice for KPMG in the UK.
In recent years Patrick has also worked extensively in helping his clients to develop their finance sourcing strategies - aimed at exploiting technology innovations, creating ‘back office’ operations in developing countries and implementing captive and outsourced shared service centres. Patrick leads the finance Shared Service team for KPMG Europe.
