David Francescucci

David has over 15 years of transfer pricing and international tax experience gained both in the industry where he was formerly Head of tax for a large private entertainment company and in the consulting environment. He has served clients across a wide range of industries such as financial services, mining, telecommunications, transportation and engineering and construction. In addition of being KPMG Canada’s National leader of Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Management (VCM) service offering, David is also a partner with KPMG Law LLP, where he often assists clients in transfer pricing disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and in the context of more sensitive transfer pricing projects such as transfer pricing risk assessments where clients are seeking transfer pricing legal advice.
