Kristin Fraser

Kristin Fraser is the Audit Partner-in-Charge for the New England and Upstate New York region at KPMG. She has over 25 years of experience providing financial statement audit and audit of internal control services to public and private companies across industry sectors.

Kristin is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality client service, development of marketplace strategy, attracting and retaining key resources, representing the firm in the marketplace and community, and overseeing the operation of the New England and Upstate New York Audit practice.

Kristin’s audit experience ranges from SEC filings and Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings, to initial public offerings. Her experience also includes joint ventures in regions such as Chile, Russia and the Middle East. Kristin is also an IFRS Reviewing Partner and an Employee Benefit Resource Partner. She previously served as the Office Managing Partner of the KPMG Providence, Rhode Island office for 9 years. 

Kristin is very active in the New England business community and is involved with numerous charitable organizations. She currently serves as a board member for the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and The Providence Foundation. She is a former board member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, Junior Achievement of Rhode Island, American Heart Association of Southern New England, and the Dorcas Family Literacy Center. Kristin earned her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Bryant University.
