Federico is an economist with experience in econometric analysis and data analytics, cost-benefit analysis, economic/jobs impact analysis, survey research, and policy and regulatory analysis. His work domains include transportation and infrastructure, public finance, climate change mitigation and adaptation, labor and immigration, and defense/security. Federico’s analyses have been published in the Federal Register to support proposed and final rules and quoted in a variety of publications and congressional testimony. He has published dozens of reports in his areas of expertise, prepared Reports to Congress, and authored publications that have appeared in peer-reviewed journals.
