He is a Director in KPMG's Advisory Services practice with more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has led several of the KPMG's projects in RPA, IA, BPA, BPM, Low-code technology, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Cognitive Automation, and large-scale SAP implementations, SAP audits, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He will work with you and members of your organization to help drive measurable results from technology implementations. Manage and implement complex automation projects, realize ROI, and scale the program successfully.

Recent Engagement Experience

• For a large regional healthcare provider implemented an automation program covering an automation strategy, opportunity assessment, vendor selection (Blue Prism), and full life cycle implementation for automation bots across the enterprise. Trained and mentored to build an automation self-service capability aligned to a hybrid operating model for automation support. Automation deployment was in revenue cycle management, finance, and human resources.
• For a top cancer institution, implemented an automation program covering an automation strategy, opportunity assessment, vendor selection (UiPath), and full life cycle implementation for automation bots across the enterprise. Automation deployment was in revenue cycle management. Currently, the program is being scaled significantly and is on track to achieve all the ROI targets.
• Leading RPA/IA project at one of the world's largest Rental Car Companies– Delivered the strategy development, governance, operating model, vendor selection (Automation Anywhere), training, proof of concept, implementation roadmap, and automation deployment for Finance and Order to Cash processes using Bot factory approach.
• Leading RPA/IA project at regulated waste disposal & compliance solutions company – Worked on the strategy development, opportunity assessment, and implementation roadmap for a broad process automation deployment.
• KPMG LLP – Worked on KPMG's internal project to implement Robotic Process Automation technology in the back office and shared services functions, including establishing an internal Center of Excellence.
