Elliot Graf

Elliot Graf is a Managing Director in the Economic and Valuation Services Practice of KPMG LLP. He has significant experience in providing financial advisory and valuation services to middle market and large, multi-national clients throughout the US. These clients have been in the health care, technology, life science, consumer and industrial markets, and financial services industries.

His specialties include: business enterprise valuations and intangible asset valuations (customer relationships, patents, trade names, technology, in-process research and development, non-compete agreements, IPR&D, etc.).

Prior to joining KPMG, Elliot was a Senior Manager in a valuation practice of another Big 4 accounting firm. Prior to that, he was a Global Trader at a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), located in St. Louis. Elliot also served as an Army Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Elliot is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds a Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV) and Accredited  in Business Valuation (ABV) credentials, and holds a MSF from St. Louis University and a BBA from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.
