Matthias Grau
Partner, Deal Advisory, Distressed M&A
Matthias began his professional career in 1995 at Fiedler & Forster, Bongen Renaud & Partner. In 1999, he joined White & Case LLP. From 2005 to 2016 he was a partner at Meyer RAe, and from 2012 to 2019 he was a partner at Saxenhammer & Co. Corporate Finance for M&A transactions in special situations. Matthias has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring, reorganization and distressed M&A across various sectors, including automotive, textile and retail, as well as the wood and furniture industry.
