Mr. Griffin is a Principal in KPMG’s National Health Care Supply Chain and Procurement Advisory and responsible for strategy setting, thought leadership, executive client management and engagement delivery.
Thomas has nearly 25 years of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, and Materials Management experience working with organizations and their executive teams to conceive, develop and execute comprehensive programs in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchase-to-Pay processes, B2B Marketplaces, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supply Chain Execution. Thomas has also led multiple technology engagements including Workday, Infor, Meditech, McKesson, Oracle, and other third party systems like GHX, Coupa, and Ivalua.
Thomas has presented and published on procurement excellence in various forums including AHRMM, HealthTrust University, GHX Supply Chain Summit, Parallon, and Healthcare Purchasing News. His team’s work has been recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive for one of the top 100 programs in the US.
