Sam is the national leader for the US Indirect Tax practice.
Previously, Sam was the practice leader for the US Indirect Tax Compliance Center where he was responsible for managing KPMG's compliance center locations in Chicago and Atlanta. He was also previously the practice leader for the Transaction Tax Systems (TTS) group where he led a national state tax resource network of indirect tax professionals and a team of sales and use tax software integration and automation specialists. With TTS, he assisted numerous clients in integrating sales and use tax determination and compliance software with their ERP financial reporting packages and specialized in working with Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft financial applications.
