Joseph is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice with 15 years of US expatriate and foreign national tax advisory and compliance experience. Joseph’s current and past clients include some of the leading multinational entities in the financial services industry. In addition to the skills required to effectively take charge of the day-to-day services provided to a client, Joseph has extensive experience across all areas of the assignment lifecycle from initiation through completion. This includes the preparation of cost projection estimate and hypothetical tax calculations, accruals preparation, year-end gross up calculations, payroll review, social insurance agreements, and the core compliance service offerings such as assignee tax counseling, tax return and tax settlement preparation.
