Vivek Gupta
Partner, Tax Deal Advisory
Vivek is a Partner and National Head of KPMG India M&A Tax practice. He specializes in transaction tax, tax due diligences and tax restructuring. He has over 23 years of experience across corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, having participated in a number of cross–border and domestic transactions and advised a number of large domestic as well as Fortune 500 companies on complex transactions across sectors. He has been regularly ranked as one of the leading M&A Advisors in India in the ITR rankings for India.
