Traci Gusher-Thomas

Traci is a leader within KPMG’s Digital Lighthouse where she is responsible for the Data, Analytics and the AI team. Traci is also responsible for the KPMG global AI platform, KPMG Ignite, and acts as the US National Leader for Enterprise Innovation. She focuses on designing, developing and deploying solutions to address clients’ most complex problems and biggest opportunities.

Traci has nearly 20 years of experience in professional services and has led clients in developing and executing D&A and AI strategies with a strong emphasis on analytics, process design, organizational design, change management and technology enablement. Traci’s experience spans several industries including Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Technology.
