Stephen Guy
Managing Director, Corporate Finance
Stephen is a Managing Director for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and Group Head for the Business Services team. He is based in the Baltimore office.
Steve joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2001. His experience in both advisory and corporate capacities includes a wide range of corporate finance responsibilities, including execution and advisory work covering mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, financings, valuations, and strategic assessments. Steve has worked with start-ups, private/family-owned, middle market public and Fortune 500 companies in a number of industries including business services, tech services and software, industrials, government contracting, engineering & construction, facilities management, logistics & transportations, aerospace and defense, healthcare/med devices and industrial services. Additionally, he has extensive international experience, having worked on cross border transactions involving companies based in Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America.
Steve holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Virginia, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland.
