Kayreen Handley

Kayreen is an Audit partner in KPMG LLP’s Department of Professional Practice where she serves as the Income Tax topic team leader. She has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining KPMG’s National Office Kayreen worked in the Audit Practice of KPMG’s Seattle, Washington and Billings, Montana offices.

Kayreen is an SEC Reviewing Partner and has experience with complex accounting and reporting issues for both public and non-public companies. Her experience includes accounting for income taxes, accounting for share-based payment arrangements, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Kayreen has provided audit services to forest products companies, companies providing software-as-a-service, for-profit healthcare providers, healthcare product manufacturers and biotechnology companies, as well as clients in the road cargo transportation, highway and heavy construction, and mining industry segments.
